This phone holder exceeded my expectations. I love that it¡¯s completely portable¡ªno clamps, no installation, and no hassle. I can move it from my desk to the kitchen or even the floor in seconds, which makes it incredibly versatile for cooking videos, recording, or hands-free use.The aluminum base is impressively sturdy and feels very high-end. Even when the arm is fully extended, it stays rock solid with zero wobble. The adjustable arm and tension knob make it easy to get the exact angle I want, and the 360¡ã rotating clamp lets me switch between overhead, low-angle, or selfie views without taking my phone out.It folds down flat when not in use and takes up very little space, which is a huge bonus. Setup was quick and intuitive right out of the box. It fits my phone perfectly and works just as well for work, content creation, or everyday use.Highly recommend this stand if you want something stable, flexible, and beautifully made!

I chose this overhead phone stand for hands-free video recording, and it¡¯s been excellent so far. The stand holds my Samsung Galaxy securely, and my boyfriend¡¯s Google Pixel 9 works great in it too. The base is nice and heavy, which makes it much more stable than my old 2018 stand that would tip over whenever I adjusted it lower or had my phone in it. This one doesn¡¯t have that problem at all. It¡¯s perfect for overhead shots while cooking, filming unboxings, doing art projects, or any detailed work where both hands are needed. The adjustable arm is easy to position exactly where you want, and once set, it stays in place without sagging. At $16.99, I think this is totally worth it. Even at the original $24.99, it¡¯s still a solid, heavy-duty option for everyday use or content creation.

Sturdy and heavy bottom. This is one of the better overhead stands. It doesn’t need to clamp to the table or anything. Hold the phone well and well made.

The tripod base is very weighty and solid and feels very durable. The base has padding on the bottom which acts as a sort of shock absorber as well as protection against scratching any surface it is on. It feels a lot like a mic stand. The tripod arm extends in three locations with one ¡°elbow¡± annd one ¡°wrist¡± and the head has a great range of motion. I never had any problems getting it into any position I needed it. It works well for top-down shots that are first-person perspective (think disassembling tutorials) as well as for video calls. With the heavy duty base and the lightweight but durable arm (which feels like aluminum) I didn¡¯t have any movement in my photos or videos. I used it for video calls as well as stop motion animation where the camera has to stay in the exact same position for each photo, and it turned out great. No movement whatsoever. The head has a width of about 3.5¡± so outside of the largest phones it should accommodate most cell phones. It won¡¯t hold a tablet though – it¡¯s just not made for that. The head grips my roughly 2.5¡± wide phone very securely without me worrying about damaging it. You can use both the front facing and rear facing camera without any part of the tripod obscuring the view. When not in use it folds down to a compact size for easy storage.

I cannot say enough good things about this phone stand. I use it every day and it has been incredibly versatile. The heavy aluminum base makes it feel very stable, and I never worry about my phone tipping over. I love that it does not clamp to the desk and can be placed anywhere. It extends to over 31 inches tall and can be bent, folded, and rotated in multiple directions. The arm and phone mount rotate easily, making it simple to switch between overhead, low angle, and front facing views. Once adjusted, it stays exactly where you put it. It fits my phone perfectly and feels solid and well made. This has quickly become one of my most used and favorite accessories.

This tripod tabletop mount for cellphones is extremely well designed and built to be stable. The base is heavy and solid, which immediately gives you confidence that it is not going to tip over or wobble. The arm extends up and out smoothly and allows you to position your phone exactly where you need it. There is also a nice foam pad on the base, which is a great touch because it protects surfaces from scratches and keeps everything in place. Overall, it feels sturdy, secure, and very well made.I really love this mount for making videos while I am working. Whether I am baking bread, making soap, or doing other hands on projects, it keeps my phone completely out of the way while still giving me the perfect angle for filming. I can adjust the height and angle easily to get overhead shots or side views, and once it is set, it stays put. I do not have to worry about it falling into what I am working on, which is huge when you are dealing with food, liquids, or messy projects. The design is clean and simple, it looks good sitting on a counter or table, and it functions exactly as it should. The quality is there, the stability is there, and the usability is excellent. For the price, this is a really solid value. If you like making videos, tutorials, or content for social media and want something reliable and hands free, this mount is a great choice and I genuinely enjoy using it.

I did a video review of this phone stand to show the features, and it really impressed me. This is a solid, well-built stand that weighs 3 pounds, so it¡¯s extremely stable. The aluminum construction feels durable and substantial, not flimsy at all.The height adjustability is excellent. It extends from about 11 inches up to 31 inches, which gives you a lot of options depending on how you want to use it. When the arm is bent over at the joint, the highest usable height is around 19 inches, which is still very practical for tabletop filming or overhead shots. One of the best features is the flexibility of the angles. You can position your phone in many different ways, and there¡¯s a tightening mechanism at the joint that lets you lock it firmly in place. Once tightened, the phone does not sink or drift¡ªit holds securely exactly where you set it.The base has foam padding, which helps protect surfaces and adds grip, and the overall weight keeps it from tipping. This is definitely not a pocket-sized accessory, but that¡¯s the tradeoff for the stability¡ªand in this case, it¡¯s worth it.I find it very handy for video reviews, hands-free photos, and any situation where you need a stable phone mount. I also teach jewelry-making classes and plan to use this to demonstrate basic beading stitches, which it should be great for.It was 30 when I got it, which I think is a very fair price compared to similar products, and at the time of writing it appears to be about $5 less, making it an even better value.Overall, this is a well-designed, sturdy phone stand that does exactly what it promises. If you need stability, adjustability, and hands-free use, this is a great product at a great price.

This stand is exactly what I needed for hands-free filming of my crafts and art demonstrations. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the stand feels very sturdy and well made. Once positioned, it stays firmly in place, and the adjustments are easy to make and hold securely without slipping.I especially appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the built-in spot to store the included wrench. It¡¯s such a smart feature and makes adjustments much more convenient without worrying about misplacing tools. Overall, this is a durable, well-designed, and extremely helpful product. I¡¯m very satisfied and would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a stable, hands-free setup for creative work.

I’m impressed, this stand is well made. The weight of the base is substantial enough to keep it from tipping, is padded to prevent scratches and has a place for the Allen wrench to disassemble it.The horizontal arm definitely needs to be extended or the base will be seen. I make YouTube videos, and this is a great tool to add to my collection.

Really a nice phone stand. I’m especially impressed with how weighty and stable the base is, and that the underside of the base is a little “grippy.”The phone mount is good and tight; I had no concerns about the phone falling out of the stand while I was working. It actually does telescope out a little bit; the hinges lock nicely and don’t slop around. The phone mount also has a nice tight hinge, making it easy to adjust the angle and lock it in place.I’m using this to shoot time lapse of projects as I’m working on them. It’s also useful for regular video so that I can go back and study my work flow when I’m throwing clay, from an outside perspective. I’m very happy with this!
Barklenciaga –
Heavy base and sturdy, easy to set up. I¡¯m not worried about it falling over or dropping my phone. Just what I needed for cooking videos. There isn¡¯t much else to say about it.

Not exactly a Tripod. More of a podcast stand with some focused design for taking pics and vids downward. Metal construction is smooth and not edgy. Full length sliding extension in both arm sections gives a lot of flexibility for positioning. Base is over 2.5lbs should keep most phones stable with maximum lateral arm extension. The stand will also pivot enough so you can use it for podcast or selfies. If they include an adapter so I can mount on a tripod, that would be perfect. One thing I like to pick on. All the adjustments are friction based with only 1 tightening knob at the rotating joint between the 2 arms. They don’t bother with the the joint at the phone mount. Whether the sliding and joints are going to loosen up and not holding enough weight, we shall have to wait and see.

This overhead phone stand is awesome! I didn¡¯t even realize how much I needed this until I started using it and now I find new uses for it all the time. Having my hands completely free with such a sturdy, heavy-duty stand is truly priceless. It holds my phone securely and is perfect for recording, cooking, unboxing, crafts, and more. Everything feels solid and well built. One of my favorite (and slightly unexpected) features is the spot on the bottom to store the little screwdriver piece; such a small detail, but it shows how thoughtfully designed this is.Overall, this stand is incredibly versatile, easy to put together, well made, and an all-around great purchase. Highly recommend if you need a reliable hands-free setup!

The Pozliv desktop or floor mount phone stand is a handy “third hand” for staging and photographing inanimate objects and filming videos.. It works well on the floor or on top of a table. It can be used to hold a phone for group photos using the timer on your phone or remote trigger. It is fairly rigid and the phone grip holds the phone tightly. When each arm is fully extended and placed vertically it holds the phone almost 36″ from the floor which is fine for most group shots. In the horizontal arm position the phone is extended around 15″ from the edge of the black base giving mor than adequate room to photograph larger objects. The quality of the extrusions and moldings is superb. The slide and rotational joint mechanisms operate smoothly and the frictional fit of the parts is adequate for larger, heavyweight smart phones. The circular heavyweight base holds the arms stabile and it is difficult to tip the assembly. The cost for this device is a real value for the quality of components supplied and I recommend it’s purchase.

This was easy to use right out of the box. It stays well balanced and holds my phone without needing to make constant adjustments. It’s great for overhead photography or video work. It’s light enough to take with you, if you need a bit of a mobile option over the standard clamp-style arms. I’ve used it for a few videos that needed to show what was being done on the tabletop and have been very happy with the results.

I got this to record overhead videos for my YouTube channel. This is an overhead cell phone holder stand on a round base with a flexible arm.The base is super heavy and doesn’t flip. The arm folding piece is very light weight, it feels like strong aluminum or some other super lightweight metal. The joints are strong. The cellphone attachment holds even my bulky army-style phone case, which is great so I don’t have to take off the case every time I want to use this and film. My phone is about as heavy as any phone I’ve seen and this stand holds it with no issues, so far.The foot print of this stand is pretty large, unlike the ones that clip onto the edge of the desk. The image in the listing implies that the diameter is just under 4″. In fact, the diameter is 8″. I measured it myself. The radius is about 4″ So, this is not a small desk item. For context, my entire round mousepad is only 7.5″ wide. You’ll need to make sure that whatever you are filming will have enough clearance next to the stand and won’t crash into the base of the folding arm.I recommend.
Accessory Shop Plus –
This overhead phone stand feels solid out of the box: heavy-duty clamp, metal arm sections, and a wide phone cradle that fits iPhones with most cases. Setup is straightforward ¡ª tighten the base clamp to a desk or countertop, position the swivel arm, lock the knobs, and the mount holds steady for close-up nail work, cooking shots, or overhead unboxings. The boom arm offers smooth 360¡ã rotation and useful tilt range, making framing fast; rubber pads protect surfaces and prevent slippage. Notes: very heavy phones with bulky cases can introduce minor sag over extended sessions, and the plastic knobs require firm tightening to avoid slow drift.
